Back Conditioning

 

The above set of back exercises are meant to strengthen your back, and are suitable for the Martial Artist as well for the committed Athlete.

Disclaimer: We recommend practicing Back Conditioning, and precisely the first three stages explained in the above video, only if the following conditions are met:

  1. your are physically fit, or with a training history long enough to sustain gradual to medium impacts.
  2. you don’t suffer from conditions such as scoliosis, and you never injured your spine.
  3. you have previously and steadily practiced Qi Gong. This last detail is the one which is always underestimated, but is basically the secret for being able to perform the hardest stages of the video.

WARNING

The advanced exercises shown in Part 3 and Part 4 are performed by professional athletes and Hard Qigong performers. Please don’t try these at home
