Tongbei Quan Tutorial Video
Literally translated, Tongbei Quan means “Through Back Fist”, but it’s simplified translation can be intended as “Power through Back”.

Tongbei Quan is another Shaolin Daolu (dao lu = pattern, just like “katà” in Karate), this time with a precise objective in mind: to make each fist efficient by using both back and hip power.
Performing Tongbei Quan at its full speed for a good ten-times is a very good way to simultaneously train cardio, speed, flexibility and endurance.
