Handstand Push up Extreme

A good exercise if you want to test your ability to maintain concentration under pressure (and up side down…)

ATTENTION: carefully read the following rules before attempting this exercise

1: having a training history, doesn’t matter which sport
2: no previous injuries to wrists and back
3: having successfully accomplished the basic and assisted handstand
4: know how to front-roll in case of loss of power or balance
5: always start fully warmed up
6: ask for support the first times
7: open your palm and use every single finger to support the tower – yourself –
8: weight must be distributed evenly
9: focus on what you are doing: if you think what’s next, tower will collapse
10: the more you try, the harder it will be: have some breaks between
